"Take a breath" program
This is the first of the three step "take a breath" program. Each course is focused on implementing new habits in the student’s daily life. These exercices sweep stress away, helping the student to find new balance and fulfill his potential.

Who is Nicole?
Nicole is a member of the french, korean and brazilian Yoga teacher’s Associations and has been trained worldwide in dynamic yoga, ashtanga, as well as pre and postnatal yoga, amongst others. All of these techniques enhance well being and health, but the ancestral science of yoga applied to our modern civilization is Nicole’s favorite.
